About my Practice

I received my degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 and trained during my internship at the Hospital of Pennsylvania’s Outpatient Psychiatry Center. In addition to training in school and my internships, I received training through Bryn Mawr College to provide trauma-informed care. Since completing my education, I have worked primarily in community mental health as well as in private practice.

As a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist, my goal is to help you better understand challenges you have struggled with and feel empowered to make healthier decisions moving forward. I have experience working with clients with varied mental health symptoms and life stressors ranging from early childhood trauma to challenges in current life changes and transitions.

I practice relationally-based, psychodynamic therapy which focuses first on developing a trusting relationship. Through this relationship, we can explore past experiences in a deeper way and identify patterns of relationships, feelings and behaviors that are present in your life currently.

Therapy is a collaborative process focused specifically on your needs and at a pace that is comfortable for each individual. Though I practice psychodynamic therapy, I am flexible and first and foremost want you to feel safe and supported in the therapeutic space.

I am currently offering both virtual and in person sessions.
